A "New Year" Wish for you:
With the New Year just around the corner, let this beautiful sunrise (showcasing Whiteface Mountain near Lake Placid, NY) signify a brighter and better year ahead, for each of my readers and commenters!
May you have a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. Whiteface is a majestic mountain. I have skied it a few times and it is a challenge. It is also cold but it has lots of vertical. My son in Plattburgh has skied it often and the wonderful village of Lake Placid on the back side of Whiteface is quite charming. The first time we met my son's partner (now his fiancé) was in Lake Placid. Stay well. Pat
